Karl & Daisy
Karl the Kracken lives in the children's section of new our independent bookstore, and he has been a huge hit! He even has his own blog to document his adventures, including getting a checkup from a veterinarian, being drawn by an illustrator, and trying to find Waldo. Keep up with Karl at: You can find your kracken online at the WOWOWgifty Etsy shop.

Daisy the Dragon also lives in the children's section of our new home and came to keep Karl company. You can often find her perched in the window waiting for new visitors, and she likes to spend her time watching the butterflies in the garden. She has recently taken up yoga after meeting yogi Jessamyn Stanley at our 2017 Festival of Books and Authors. You can shop for dragons and other custom plush animals at the Cerb Craft Etsy shop

Open Windows to the Future by Nicholas Burton Bragg
In Memory of Nancy Carolyn Neese Bragg and Penelope Ellen Niven and in Honor of Dudley Dovel Shearburn. This diptych is given in honor – and memory – of three friends who shared many connections – living and working in Winston-Salem, this great community of creativity. I have used images to convey some of these shared times in this painting.
