Featured Authors and Books

Paul Attaway- Eli's Redemption continues the story of Eli Atkins, a man who has previously fled Charleston, South Carolina to avoid facing murder charges of which he is innocent. Betrayed and abandoned, he lives in the Bahamas where he seeks refuge in a new identity. Eli’s hopes and dreams for a new life are continually dashed against the reality that no one can know who he really is. If he is ever to break free and recover his identity, Eli must face his past, forgive, learn to trust, and be willing to risk his life to save another's.

Hope Carolle- The Veil of Time, the second book in The Ladies of the Labyrinth series, focuses on King’s College PhD candidate Gabriella Palmer who is sixtieth in line to the throne, yet has only forty pounds to her name. She’s got no man, no money, and she must reluctantly return to her dissertation. So when offered the opportunity to travel back in time to meet her hero, the great Leonardo da Vinci, she accepts the mission to find one of his missing paintings and bring it back to 2023. Gabby discovers that life—in any era—can teach her more than she’d ever learn in school.

Kashiana Singh- Woman by the Door is a book of poems rooted in lived experiences and saturated with the poet's varied sensibilities and influences. The poems flow through three sections - Aperture explores poems of memory and family, Portal opens the door to transition and growth, Detours holds our hand through loss and ache. The woman herself is an intersection, always kneeling by the door - coming, going, waiting, leaning in. Witnessing. Relentlessly she receives and offers lifetimes. Woman by the Door is ultimately preoccupied with paying tribute to that woman.

Lisa Williams Kline- In Ladies' Day, fifteen years after her troubled daughter Julie ran away from home, Beth Sawyer stumbles across a newspaper photograph of an up-and-coming teen golfer, who not only shares her last name, but also looks just like her daughter. When Sky Sawyer joins her high school golf team, she hopes that the mother she thought dead may still be alive and seek her out at the championship tournament. With Beth and Sky fighting to gain what they both lost, can they finally get a second chance at a happily ever after?
