This page is for food vendors (trucks and carts) that wish to participate in the 2023 Festival of Books & Authors to be held on Saturday, September 23, 2023 in downtown Winston-Salem.

Food vendors must be up to code as per the Health Department and must have a valid Food Handler's permit. 

Location and timing:

• Vendors will be located in the parking lot behind 500 W 4th Street (between Poplar & Spruce Str)
• You may arrive as early as 7:30 a.m. and must be setup no later than 9:30 a.m.
• All vendors must stay until the conclusion of the event at 5 p.m.  
• Parking on the morning of Festival is first-come, first served.  

To register:

1. Review the Food Vendor Terms and Conditions.
2. Complete and submit the online Festival Food Vendor Registration Form.

Your participation is not confirmed until registration is confirmed by Bookmarks via email. In September, we will share more information about where food trucks will be placed, how to enter the food truck area, and setup/set down instructions.
